But what really frustrates me is when I think about these products in relation to my children! I want my kids to grow up safe, have healthy bodies without lingering side effects as they go into adulthood, and have a place to live that isn’t laced with chemicals because the previous generation wasn’t thinking about their future!

Ever since I did the research and realized all the toxic products our home was filled with, I’ve been buying more carefully. It certainly takes way more time to sort through all the ingredients to find products that are safe for my family! We are now using green cleaning products, a steam mop for our floors, ditched any items with “fragrance” additives, switched out our shampoos, and moved to cloth diapers! Honestly, the hardest switch was cloth diapers. Cloth diapers have such cute styles and are so much more user friendly than they were in the past.
