When I was pregnant with #2 (Minnie) I knit her this darling matching hat & sweater. The only problem was when I finished I realized there was NO WAY it was going to fit a newborn. So I tucked them away in her closet & waited and waited and waited.
Finally when she was 2 it fit! It actually turned out better since at 2 she got to wear it a whole year!
